Red Parts NA Inc is not responsible for any costs including (parts, labor, shipping required for service and miscellaneous) incurred by the customer for warranty.

Periodically something may be incorrect on a shipment due to a customer ordering incorrectly or a wrong part was shipped and you may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you. Please immediately contact Red Parts via email or phone or via online contact form to discuss the circumstances before returning any products.

IMPORTANT:  Anything returned without prior authorization from Red Parts NA Inc will be REFUSED. Any and all returns must be sent back fully prepaid. Please contact us right away so that we can issue a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany any return.

A copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation must accompany all returned items. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No credits given after 30 days.

Absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges on special order and/or custom-made parts or components.


There are ABSOLUTELY no returns on OEM Factory parts unless the parts delivered are either broken upon delivery or damaged, or fail.

With a very few exceptions, Red Parts may reserve the right to accept returns on OEM parts, but RETURNS are evaluated on a 1 to 1 case basis. (Most mechanical parts are non-returnable)


All Goods are supplied and guaranteed in accordance with manufacturers specifications.  Faulty Goods must be proved and admitted by the manufacturer to be defective due to Material or Structural defect. Under no circumstances will Red Partsbe liable for consequential loss or damage or pay for any repairs/alterations.  All conditions, warranties or other terms, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded provided that nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restrict any liability of the Company for death or personal injury resulting from negligence of the Company, or its servants/agents.


RedParts NA Inc reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Explanation of some circumstances:

  •        Returns for sound. There is NO warranty of sound level or quality e.g exhausts as this is subjective to individual opinion.
  •        Returns over 30 days after invoice date. No returns unless prior approval. Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns.
  •        Unauthorized/Other Returns: Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, Returns received without an R.A. or with an incorrect R.A. will be charged a restocking charge.



Sales tax will be implemented for every purchase made by a Georgia resident.


Initial shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable.
If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is the returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in circumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment.


All goods are shipped insured unless specifically requested to be shipped uninsured by the customer, parts shipped on a customers own shipping account are at customers risk.  Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, a note should be made with the freight carrier at the time of delivery, Red Parts must be notified within 5 days from the time the order was received and a claim for damage must be made promptly with the responsible freight carrier.


Red Parts is an authorized reseller for various aftermarket brands (“Brand”). Should a buyer encounter any problems arising from the purchase of products from which Red Parts is the reseller, the buyer shall resolve said problems directly with Red Parts, who may or may not choose to involve the Brand owner.


RedParts shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the website content including any liability for damage to your product resulting from the information or the lack of information available on the website.

RedParts NA Inc shall have NO liability for:

  •        Any loss or injury caused, in a while or in parts, by its actions, omissions, or negligence or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or inaccuracies in correlating to the site material.
  •        Any errors, omission, or inaccuracies in or relating to the site material regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery
  •        Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the site material
  •        Any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the internet generally
  •        Failure of the brands Red Parts resells to properly assist its customer in lieu of technical problems or assistance.

In no event shall Red Parts be liable for any for any special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages for any loss or profits, goodwill, use or other intangible losses including negligence, whether remote, proximate or foreseeable, and whether or not Red Parts has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
